If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 10 days of delivery if the product has not been wore/installed, is in its original packaging, and is in new and resalable condition. You will pay for return shipping and a 5% restocking fee will be applied.*

VIP Guarantee Warranty
All automotive installations are backed by our VIP Guarantee, unless stated otherwise. This coverage protects you against faulty materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. Your coverage begins at the time of installation. If you run into issues related to failing materials or poor workmanship, bring your vehicle back to us and we'll fix the issue at no cost to you, as long as you're still within your 3 year/36,000 mile warranty period.
Our warranty does not extend to installations not performed by our staff. Auto parts installed by any outside party (including you) cannot be returned and are not covered under the VIP Guarantee.
We try our best to ensure you always receive the right parts for your vehicle, that’s why we provide a complimentary vehicle compatibility check for all online customers. This review is based on the vehicle information you supply us and compared to manufacturer-supplied application data. We can only act with the assumption that the provided information by you and the accessory manufacturer is accurate, therefore any part that doesn’t fit is still subject to a the standard return shipping and restocking fees even if it was subject to our compatibility check.
To return a product, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) that is located in the MY ACCOUNT section next to each order item that you want to return. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for processing your claim. Optionally, you may bring the product to our St. Louis, MO location and well process your return in-person.
Defective, Damaged, Incorrect Products
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use or install the product! We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part with no restocking fee.
When a replacement part is requested to be shipped prior to the return of original merchandise, we must temporarily authorize your credit card until the original merchandise is returned.
Refunds & Credits
After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order. The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus shipping charges. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
When you request a cancellation of an order or a part it may take up to 72 hours to process your cancellation claim. We recommend that you do not purchase alternative products until receiving final confirmation of your cancellation.
