Drop off your vehicle and return when it’s done or wait in our customer lounge. We also have courtesy vehicles available if you don’t have a ride.

INSTALLATION PROCESS

We've tried to make the installation process as friendly and convenient as possible.

  • Order

    Look for the “Installation Included” near the price. Some products have installation included in the price, and others have it as an option. When you checkout select “Free - Pickup” as your shipping method.

  • Order Received

    Once an order is placed a confirmation email is sent to you. We verify the fitment of your part with your selected vehicle, and ensure there will be no delays in fulfilling your order. If any issues arise we’ll contact you as soon as possible.

  • Pick Appointment Date

    Click the scheduling link in your order confirmation email or click here to choose your preferred appointment window. We’ll always call to confirm your appointment, and if your chosen date doesn't work we'll work with you to find another convenient time.

  • Installation

    When you arrive for installation you can wait in our customer lounge for short installs. For longer projects you may need to call or ride, or utilize one of our courtesy vehicles.

  • Follow-Up

    After your installation is complete we'll send you a satisfaction survey to ensure you’re happy with your vehicle and the. Let us know how you feel, and if you’re loving your new ride show everyone on social how you #breakthemold and mention @vipautoaccessories too!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Any product that says “Installation Included” has the price already included. There are no extra fees or hidden charges. If you’re interested in an installed product but plan to do it yourself we can give you a quote to ship it to you without any installation charges.
Lead times and availability vary from product to product. Sometimes we can get you in the shop as soon as the next day, but more often it will take a couple days. Something like designer leather seating will take several days to produce and ship before we’re ready for installation.

Pick whatever day works best for you and we’ll do our best to accommodate. You can always give us a call before purchasing to identify what slots are available.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with our job please let us know so we can correct the issue before you leave. We always want you to be leave happy and we work hard to do the job right and communicate any changes or updates along the way. Click here to learn more about our return policy.
